Retreat Venue Partners: We may share limited information (such as your name, dietary needs, and accessibility requirements) with retreat venues and activity providers to ensure proper accommodations. For example, Ananda Lodge in Costa Rica for the Radiance Retreat.


Professional Collaborators: In some cases, we may work with guest facilitators, wellness practitioners, or co-hosts during retreats. We share only the minimum information necessary for them to support your experience safely.
